Our staff members take great care in inspecting and checking the quality of all items of each order, ensuring they are in perfect condition before they are dispatched. We also package each parcel carefully to prevent any unfortunate damages or breakages from happening.
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you receive, you may return goods for exchange, providing that the following conditions are met: - Faulty* products will be replaced free of charge. - Returns must be received by us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receiving goods. - Items must be in the original condition** that we sent to you; and where appropriate, in its original packaging.
REFUND POLICY We DO NOT give refunds UNLESS the goods was faulty* originally; or the goods do not fit with the description which you purchased. A refund will be given in the method of your original payment.
Please Note: * made in Harmony reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned products. ** We cannot accept responsibility for any damages or defects caused by the postal/delivery system or process. No exchange / refund will be given if returned items are damaged in the post when you return them.
RETURNING GOODS BY POST Please return goods WITHIN 14 DAYS, in original state, with the original tax invoice/receipt as proof of purchase. Please attach a note or send us an email with the reason for returning. Please note that we do not exchange for 'change of mind' of purchase. The goods must not have been opened and used/worn.
